On The Equalization of Men

A somewhat prophetic essay by an anon on one of the old chan style sites from almost 10 years ago. It does a good job of describing the trajectory society has gone through in the past, and where it might go in the future:

The natural consequence of believing that men are equal is the equalization of men. But mediocre men cannot become great, so great men are made mediocre. “The reconstitution of society on the basis of arrested development.”

Believing that men are equal leads to the belief that races are equal. The same thing happens at the racial level: we tried to bring the black man up to the level of the white man, but it couldn’t be done. Now, the white man is sinking to the level of the black man. The white man adopts the black man’s words, rather than the other way around. The white man listens to the black man’s music, rather than the other way around. The white man’s sexual mores converge to the black man’s, rather than the other way around.

The natural consequence of believing that truth is subjective, is to believe that there is no truth. If there is no truth, then no one is wrong.

If men and women are equal, it means women can do whatever men can do. Women become doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc. Do men begin giving birth? The woman becomes a sub-par man; the man, by virtue of biology, cannot even imitate the unique qualities of the feminine.

If beauty is subjective, then beauty dies. Everything doesn’t become beautiful; everything becomes ugly. Ugly art, ugly music, ugly fashion, ugly people. To deny beauty is to make ugly.

In every case, EVERY SINGLE CASE, the superior sinks to the inferior.

“If I can’t be rich, let nobody else be.”
“If I can’t be white, let nobody else be.”
“If I can’t be beautiful, let me destroy beauty so nobody else can be.”

First the King loses his divine right of rule (America, then France). Then the offspring of classical liberalism (anarchism, ancap, libertarianism, monarchy, etc.) cause the newly republican state to lose its legitimacy. Somewhere along the way, the Church, undefended by the State, wither and die. Pretty soon, you get Marx, and Marxism, then later Marxist-Leninism, the Stalinism and if you evade all that you get cultural Marxism. And if you survive cultural Marxism who fucking knows because the ride isn’t over yet.

See the pic.

End liberalism.

It’s neat how this person based their logic on the Ottoman’s Imperial political theory. From back in 2016, the author can’t quite see what might happen in the years down the road. They wrote as a rather mocking example, “If I can’t be beautiful, let me destroy beauty so nobody else can be”, and we certainly have seen that in spades in the years since this essay was written. A picture is worth a thousand words:

The above happened during the BLM protests back in 2020. A beautiful piece of art was destroyed, only to be replaced by an ugly monstrosity.

I personally disliked the racial bias in the author’s essay, thinking that the themes they wrote about transcends race and applies to the entirety of mankind, but sadly the first example for the “If I can’t be beautiful, let me destroy beauty so nobody else can be” quote I thought of was immediately a race based one from the BLM protests. Rather ironic.
