An old superstition from Britain and North America says that if one says “Rabbit Rabbit” as the first thing in the morning on the first day of the month, one would gain good luck for the rest of that month.
Other variations of things you can say for luck are:
white rabbits
rabbit rabbit rabbit
rabbits
rabbit, rabbit, white rabbit
white rabbit brown rabbit
And probably more. But you get the idea. 4chan’s /jp board is enamored with this little ritual. Although the results are dubious from the testimony the people generally post. A quick example below.
