A person from Taiwan, who lives on the fourth floor of an old apartment building with no elevators, noticed something unusual:
Apparently his neighbor would order for 10+ cases of bottled water and have them delivered to their door each month. The cases of water was delivered in the above manner the most recent month, perhaps as a revenge by a disgruntled delivery person. If I had to carry 2-3 cases of bottled water over multiple trips just to deliver them, I’d probably pull something like this as well.
