Temple of Zagan

An Israeli family vacationing in Vietnam was confronted by the owner of a cafe that they visited, and was subsequently banned from it.

The business owner and the tourist had a further spat on the business’s google listing, where the tourist left a 1 star review for the business:

We sat down and he immediately pointed to the fruit of Palestine stickers that he had put on all the seats and told us to get away

And the owner responded with the following:

We welcome everyone but you came from a different camp with different drinks. Better you stay at the other store. By the way you are in my store in my country, if you don’t agree with the point of view of our country and our politics, you better stay in your country. Vietnam 🇻🇳 will never welcome people who disagree with their politics.

We only welcome humans and animals (dogs or cats) but not vagrants and thieves and child killers

This incident caused quite a bit of splash when it first surfaced.  On Jewish community sites, posters were horrified by what happened.  On more racially diverse places like youtube, twitter and 4chan’s /pol, people appear overwhelmingly in support of the cafe owner.  10 years ago it would have been unthinkable for someone to openly oppose Jewish interests or Jews in general like this.

Some of the comments from anons on 4chan are especially telling of the changes in public attitude toward the Jewish people:

I love how the dirty jew kept screeching “I’m not moving! I will make sure everyone knows you hate Jews…” and he pans his camera around, shouting at bystanders, trying to gather a crowd of haters. But literally nobody cares. The fucking ego of these rats, it’s offensive.

The thing is this would work in any western country. We’re lucky there are billions of Asians immune to Jewish tricks.

Thought experiment:
A man learns that a group of people is executing genocide upon another group of people. This external conflict, which inherently constitutes the unbridled annihilation of a living people, happens thousands of miles away; the internal conflict that man feels upon learning of this traumatic grotesquerie of death happens in his world and affects his behavior. When members affiliated with the group executing the genocide thousands of miles away enter his immediate surroundings, a visceral reaction is provoked in the man’s conscience to drive them away from his lands.

Long story short: Doesn’t matter if it’s a street shop in Vietnam, a mountain village in Peru, a corner store in Kansas, or any other ass end of this globe. If you willingly associate yourselves with a group of people actively committing genocide, then you will experience the consequences of this willful association when meeting other world citizens who do possess a moral compass, like the business owner seen in the video.

It really does feel like the victimhood halo from the Holocaust is rapidly fading for Israel and Jews in general.  As some of the recorded comments above mentioned, the Israeli tourist was sincerely expecting people to rally to his cause both in real life, when he started talking rather loudly to the cafe owner, and when he posted the video of the event online.  Outside of Jewish spaces like the Jerusalem post, this has not been the case.

The tourist had such righteous anger over his little boy being told to leave simply because of his nationality, and yet there’s such curious silence from the Jews over Palestinian children being killed in Gaza.
